All cultures have their natural beauty secrets that go back years. The Egyptians had aloe vera, the Mayans used avocadoes and the Moroccans favour olive oil.
And apparently the secret ingredient that has been keeping many Thai women perky and beautiful for over a century is a herb called Pueraria mirifica.

A pure what?

Pueraria mirifica is an indigenous herb of Thailand, known in Thai as ‘Kwao Kreu Kao’ (White Kwao Kreu) and has long been used in Thailand and Southeast Asia for many medicinal purposes. It belongs to the soy, bean, and pea subfamily and is found in northern and northeastern Thailand and Myanmar.
In recent years however, this herb has begun making waves in Japan, US and the UK. It has been used as an ingredient in cookies, chewing gum and health drinks. All designed for the same purpose, to upsize your bust the 100% natural way.
Soon companies decided to just skip the go-betweens and get right to addressing the self-esteem problem that plagues multitudes of women. Thus started the manufacture of the herb in capsule form, as well as breast creams and serums formulations, which claim to increase your bust up to 2 sizes in just 6 months.

Yeah right I’ve heard that before.

Scores of women worldwide are now strong advocates of this herb’s potency. It is supposed to make sense scientifically as the effects are attributed to the high levels of phytoestrogen in the herb, as well as isoflavones, making it similar to estrogen, the female hormone.
Although phytoestrogens can also be found in other natural products such as soybeans and bean curd, Pueraria mirifica is supposed to have a far greater concentration.
And apart from daidzin, genistin, and daidzein that are usually found in soybeans, Pueraria mirifica also contains Miroestrol.
Miroestrol is believed to have 3,000 times more potency than soybeans in promoting estrogenic activities, which can help stimulate blood flow and circulation. This promotes new tissue generation within the breasts, enlarging and firming the breasts naturally.

Gimme more!

It is important to note, while there are some products available here in Singapore that contain extracts of the Pueraria mirifica, there is no distributor here that sells the supplements and creams which are popular overseas. Thus, many local girls buy their pueraria online.
However, this may be a dangerous move for several reasons.
Firstly, Pueraria Mirifica is available in 4 types, but it is only the White Kwao Krua that has these breast enlargement properties.
When you buy online, it is hard to tell if you are buying from a reputable, FDA approved manufacturer using not only the right type but also a high-grade quality of the herb.
Also online sites may not give you all the facts. While the herb has been clinically proven safe for use, there are certain contraindications that come with the use of Pueraria Mirifica. Pueraria Mirifica should not be used by woman under 25 years of age as their bodies are not fully matured yet.
Some women may also have delayed or early menstruation, which is supposed to be normal while adjusting to new hormone levels induced by pueraria.
According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, women sensitive to estradiol, a predominant female sex hormone may develop headaches after use of the herb.
Women on birth control pills must also consult with their doctor before taking the herb to ensure it is not affected.
It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers or for women with any medical conditions involving the breasts.
Women with a history of hyperthyroidism or thyroid related disease, ovary and uterus disease should also not use the herb.
It is also dangerous to exceed recommended dosages of the herb. Thus buying online holds the danger that the supplements may exceed the recommended dosage.
If this herb is as safe and naturally effective as they say, it is just a matter of time before the supplements hits the shelves here. If you can, just hang on till then. I’m sure you won’t miss the newspapers ads. LW
